Coffee Dry-Rub for Beef and Pork

Coffee Dry-Rub is great for any protein, but works best with Beef and Pork

- This was recipe was used for New York Steak (enough for 4 - 6 steaks)

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup Dark Roast Coffee grounds

- 1/4 cup Chile powder (Ancho Chile Powder or Chipotle Chile Powder works well too)

- 1/4 cup of Dark Brown Sugar

- 2 Tbsp. of Smoked Paprika

- 2 Tbsp. of ground Salt

- 2 Tbsp. of ground Pepper

- 1 Tbsp. of ground Cumin

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the spices together. Then, rub a generous layer of the Coffee Dry - Rub onto the steak (or protein you're using). Pat the spices into the meat and let rest for at least 10 minutes to a full 24 hours before cooking. The longer you let the spices settle in, the more flavorful.
