Rippin' Hot Links

This is our version of a Texas - style Hot Link smoked over a hickory and applewood chips. Made from beef, pork and San Giacomo Bacon, then seasoned with paprika, ancho chili, cayenne and garlic. A favorite on a bun with all the fixin’s. Pairs best with mustard, onions and of course a cold beer! Sold 3/1 in an all natural hog casing.
