Kolbasi

Kolbasi is a regional variation of Kielbasa made from pork and beef. We season it with garlic, marjoram, and warm spices. It is lightly smoked over applewood and hickory that gives it a slight reddish hue. Our most mild smoked sausage. Very tasty and can work its way in to any recipe that wants some smoky delicious pork. Sold 3/1 in an all natural hog casing.
